Description
The Village of Grass Lake Downtown Development Authority (DDA) in Jackson County, Michigan, is soliciting bids for the "REBID OFFICE PARKING IMPROVEMENTS" project. This project involves the construction of a Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) parking lot, including concrete sidewalks and the installation of parking lot lights. The bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Village of Grass Lake offices. Contract documents are available for examination starting June 10, 2026, at Ripstra & Scheppelman, Inc. Electronic copies of the contract documents can be obtained by emailing jack@ripstra-scheppelman.com, and electronic copies of the plans are available on the DDA website at https://grasslakedowntownmi.gov/contract-services/.
