Description
The State of Michigan, through the Department of Technology, Management and Budget, is soliciting bids for the upgrade of the PA and Emergency Siren System at the Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility. The project involves the installation of a new IP-based paging system, including servers, software, cabling, and speakers throughout the interior and exterior of the site. This includes removing old speakers and cabling, installing new IP-to-analog devices, microphones, and touch panels, and configuring the Ethernet network to support a new Paging VLAN. The scope of work also includes providing and installing new cabling infrastructure, including Cat 6 cabling, to support the paging system and other technology needs.
