Description
The project involves exterior courtyard improvements at Bellamy Creek Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan. Work includes removal of existing basketball goals, benches, tables, exercise equipment, and phones; removal of existing concrete walk and basketball court; regrading of the courtyard area; installation of concrete grade beams and concrete courtyard pavement; and reinstallation of basketball goals, benches, tables, exercise equipment, and phones. The contract time is 120 calendar days. A pre-bid walk-through is scheduled for June 23, 2026, at 1:30 PM ET at the facility. Bids are due July 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET via SIGMA VSS. A 5% bid security is required. Performance and payment bonds are required for bids over $50,000. Prevailing wage rates apply.
