Description
The State of Michigan, through the Department of Technology, Management & Budget Printing Services, is requesting a quote for the production of 20,000 Boiler Certificate Inspection labels. The labels are to be 3"x2.5" in size, printed with black ink on fluorescent orange gummed label stock with permanent adhesive. The finishing requires a 3" core with rounded corners, perforated between labels, and die-cut with waste removed. A PDF proof is required prior to production. The labels will be used indoors. Vendors must be pre-qualified with Print & Mail Management and registered with the State of Michigan. Bids must be submitted online and include all costs, F.O.B. Destination, prepaid.
