Description
Health Shared Services Provincial Health Corporation is establishing a five-year list of pre-qualified providers for Emergency Health Services emergency response driver training, with potential agreements for one or more service streams. The requested services include online professional driver improvement courses, simulation training, in-vehicle closed-track training, and in-vehicle on-road training. Providers may supply or develop standardized curriculum and training materials, qualified instructors, scheduling and delivery, assessments and certification, participant records, reporting, continuous improvement, facilities, equipment, and logistics. The anticipated program supports approximately 373 new recruits, 25 high-risk drivers, and 700 existing staff annually. Training may involve emergency vehicles, ambulances, National Safety Code vehicles, simulation equipment, practical skills courses, emergency vehicle operations, hazard recognition, and on-road evaluation. Respondents may qualify for individual service streams and must submit technical, financial, corporate, reference, declaration, conflict-of-interest, and financial-viability information through the designated procurement portal.
