Description
The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, through its Early Child & Family Services Division, is considering awarding a sole-source contract to Florence Crittenton. This is not a request for competitive proposals; vendors that believe they can provide an equivalent product or service must submit a thorough, detailed written response explaining how they can meet the requirements in the Letter of Intent to Sole Source. Responses must include the vendor’s full company name, address, telephone number, and contact information for personnel who can answer questions about the response. The response document must be uploaded through the event’s required question, and vendors must review and accept the Single Point of Contact information, Letter of Intent to Sole Source, and Q&A Board information.
