Description
The Helena Housing Authority is seeking a quote for concrete repair at Stewart Homes. Respondents should provide a total proposed project cost, with a lump-sum price breakdown by project division and/or unit pricing as appropriate. Labor rates in the included wage determination are provided as a reference for minimum allowable rates and should be considered when preparing the quote. The initial submission must include all forms in the Project Documents packet completed for the general contractor, three similar completed-project references summarized with contact information, and the requested price information. Subcontractor forms and documentation are not required with the initial quote and will be addressed with the selected contractor after award. Bid bonds, compaction or density testing, and concrete mix-design review are not required for this project.
