Description
The Public Utilities Commission of Nevada (PUC) has received an application from Sierra Pacific Power Company d/b/a NV Energy (NV Energy) for approval of Large Load Electric Service Agreements with PR RNO Property Owner 1, LLC and SV RNO Property Owner 1, LLC. Portions of the application may be treated as confidential. This notice serves to inform the public of the filing. Interested parties can review the application and monitor proceedings. Comments or petitions to intervene may be filed electronically or at the Commission's offices by Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Only parties of record can fully participate in the proceeding. A prehearing conference is scheduled for Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 10:45 a.m. in Hearing Room A at the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada in Carson City and via videoconference in Hearing Room A at the Las Vegas office. The conference will also be accessible via Microsoft Teams and through the Commission's live stream link on its website. Parties intending to participate via Microsoft Teams must provide their email address, title/role, and business address to James Newcomb at jnewcomb@puc.nv.gov by Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
