Description
The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government (TPCG) is seeking proposals for emergency program management and monitoring services. Proposals are due by 2:00 P.M. CT on June 22, 2026, and will be publicly opened at the TPCG Purchasing Division, located at 301 Plant Road, Houma, LA 70363. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on June 9, 2026, at 10:30 A.M. CT at the same location. Proposal documents are available electronically on the TPCG website (https://www.tpcg.org/Purchasing/Bidopportunities) and also posted on www.centralauctionhouse.com. Interested parties are encouraged to register with Central Auction House (CAH) to view documents and receive email notifications. For technical support regarding the Central Bidding website, contact Central Bidding Support at (225) 810-4814 or info@centralbidding.com. Proposals can be hand-delivered with a written receipt or sent via United States Postal Service registered or certified mail with return receipt requested. Proposals will not be accepted on U.S. Postal Service holidays. Specifications and proposal forms are available at no cost from the TPCG Purchasing Division.
