The City of Portland, Maine is seeking sealed proposals for planning services related to a new police department facility. Proposals must be submitted electronically to bidsubmit@portlandmaine.gov by 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. Bidders should include their name, contract name, and bid number in the subject line of their email. Email attachments should not exceed 25MB, and a confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission. Alternatively, proposals can be submitted via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or in person to the City of Portland, Purchasing Rm. 103, 389 Congress St., Portland, ME 04101. Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their bids are received before the specified deadline; late bids will not be accepted. Proposals will remain open for acceptance for ninety days after opening.
