Description
Portland Public Schools (PPS) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify and establish a pool of qualified licensed early care and education programs. These programs will serve as Designated Partner Programs within the Early Childhood Inclusion Network. The network aims to support children aged 3-5 with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in appropriate Least Restrictive Environments (LRE). This includes inclusive general education classrooms and specialized special purpose preschool settings, based on individual student needs. Interested programs must submit an electronic copy of their qualifications and submission form to bids@portlandschools.org by July 3rd, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. The subject line should include the Program Name, contract name, and #26092. Alternatively, sealed proposals can be submitted via mail or in person to Nicole Levay, Purchasing Manager, at 353 Cumberland Ave, Portland, ME 04101.
