Description
Cumberland County seeks a contractor to furnish, rent, launder, repair, and deliver uniforms for approximately 200 employees, including shirts, pants, jackets, coveralls, and lab coats. The contractor must coordinate with departments on uniform selections, provide new garments at contract start and for new employees, maintain garment inventory and tracking, and collect and deliver clean and soiled uniforms weekly. Uniforms must be clean, pressed, odor-free, and repaired as needed. The scope also includes rental and servicing of janitorial items such as mops, towels, aprons, and floor mats. The contractor must provide weekly mat service, maintain inventory, address shortages and damaged or missing items, and provide itemized monthly billing. Vendors must display specified uniform and janitorial samples at the mandatory pre-proposal vendor fair. Pricing is submitted using the provided uniform and janitorial cost attachments.
