Description
Fayetteville Public Works Commission is soliciting work to replace transmission steel poles at Tom Starling, Bragg Boulevard, Tess-Dunn Road, McArthur Road, and River Road. Addendum 1 states that bidders must document applicable MBE/WBE outreach efforts and identify any MBE/WBE participation using the provided forms, but no MBE/WBE percentage goals apply to this project. The addendum also confirms that no Department of Defense coordination is required for the Bragg Boulevard segment and that participation in prior solicitation PWC2526079 does not prohibit bidding because that solicitation was not awarded and the project approach has changed.
