Description
The Salem Housing Authority seeks a contractor to provide automated laundry services at 10 elderly and handicapped accessible housing developments. The initial contract period is December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2031, with one five-year renewal option at the Authority’s discretion. The contract is estimated to earn approximately $92,000 in commission over the initial five-year period. Bids must be submitted sealed and marked “Automated Laundry Services Bid.” The solicitation package is available from the Authority’s website under Bid Opportunities. Bidders are strongly urged to attend an inspection of the job sites.
