Description
The California Highway Patrol seeks a contractor to provide protective clothing and operational supply rental services for its Sonora Area Office. Items include shop jackets, short-sleeve uniform shirts, work pants, bar towels, shop towels, slip-resistant mats, and scraper mats. The contractor will supply, launder, sanitize, repair, replace, and deliver items weekly, provide uniform fitting and initial setup, and maintain service manifests and quarterly inventories. Bidders must meet stated licensing, business-status, and experience qualifications. The award is anticipated to be a single agreement to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest evaluated cost. DVBE participation is waived, though qualifying participation may earn an incentive. One original bid package is required; the solicitation lists required forms and supporting business documentation. Liability insurance proof is required before agreement execution, not with the bid.
