Description
Resource Renew, the public brand of the Western Lake Superior Sanitary District, is requesting proposals for comprehensive uniform and laundry services. The selected vendor will provide and maintain rented employee uniforms, including standard, reflective, and flame-resistant garments; floor mats; roll toweling; and related laundry services. The scope includes employee sizing, initial setup, weekly pickup and delivery, garment labeling, itemized tracking, repairs, replacements, online account and usage reporting, and response to shortages and emergency needs. Services will support multiple district facilities, with laundry pickup and delivery once weekly and floor-mat service weekly or every other week depending on location. Proposals must include a company overview, team information, at least two similar-client references, completed Forms A, B, and C, and the Proposal Form. Pricing is requested by item, including replacement pricing for abnormal damage and normal wear and tear. The anticipated contract term is three years with two optional one-year extensions.
