Description
The Library of Congress seeks an IDIQ contractor to provide laundering and cleaning for government-owned event linens, uniforms, curtains, felt pads, table and platform skirts, and related textiles. Services include pickup and delivery, inventory tracking and reconciliation, appropriate cleaning and finishing, packaging, quality control, and reporting. Routine service is scheduled weekly with a standard turnaround of up to five business days; expedited service must be available with a turnaround of up to three business days. The contractor must furnish its own off-site processing facility, labor, equipment, supplies, and transportation, and protect government property throughout handling and processing. The solicitation requests a technical proposal and a separate price proposal. The technical volume must include a technical approach, three to five recent and relevant corporate experience examples, and past-performance information. The price volume must include completed pricing schedules, a signed SF 1449, and signed solicitation amendments. Past-performance questionnaires must be completed by the offeror’s customers and returned directly to the contracting contacts by the closing deadline.
