Description
Moulton Niguel Water District seeks one provider for uniform rental and laundry services for approximately 120 employees. The scope includes supplying new uniforms, embroidering the District logo, weekly pickup and delivery of laundered and pressed garments, as-needed repairs, and garment identification and tracking. Uniforms must be delivered sorted by employee, and initial orders must be fulfilled within 25 business days. The provider will also supply and service towels and floor mats, including weekly mat replacement, and provide laundry-only services for certain items as needed. The proposal must include a completed proposer profile and reference form, fee proposal, and conflict-of-interest and signature form, along with a description of the proposed approach, firm qualifications and experience, a current certificate of insurance, and a completed IRS Form W-9. At least three comparable projects completed within the past five years and references with contact details are required. The initial agreement term is three years, with an estimated January 2027 start. Subcontracting is prohibited except for possible embroidery services unless the District gives prior written consent.
