Description
This Request for Information is market research, not a solicitation or commitment to award a contract. The Army Special Operations Command is seeking information from capable suppliers and authorized distributors of American Academy of Pediatrics Pediatric Education for Prehospital Professionals (PEPP) 5th Edition materials. The anticipated requirement is 210 provider manuals in the base year and 2,000 PediaSkills online access vouchers annually for the base year and four option years (10,000 vouchers total). The materials support mandatory PEPP certification for special operations combat medics. Respondents are asked to provide company and socioeconomic information, relevant federal schedule or contract details, capability and annual voucher-fulfillment information, commercial catalog or pricing information, and written proof of AAP reseller authorization. Responses are limited to two pages, excluding authorization letters or catalog sheets. The Government indicates it may pursue a brand-name-only acquisition if no other capable sources are identified.
