This Sources Sought notice seeks contractors capable of maintaining, testing, repairing, programming, calibrating, and integrating fire protection, life-safety, industrial control, and water-plant SCADA systems at Naval Air Station Meridian. Systems include Johnson Controls, Simplex, Monaco, Honeywell, and SCADA controls for wells, chemical mixers or injectors, valves, motor controllers, monitoring devices, and related water-plant equipment. Work must be performed by appropriately trained and certified personnel, including applicable NICET-certified fire alarm, special-hazard, water-based suppression, and kitchen fire-extinguishing technicians. Respondents must demonstrate current OEM authorization, certification, or licensed-integrator status; access to proprietary software, firmware, tools, manuals, and service bulletins; qualified ICS/PLC programming personnel; and relevant past performance involving comparable proprietary systems in operational environments.
