Description
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and transportation required to maintain six elevators in continuously safe, reliable, and satisfactory operating condition. The scope includes recurring monthly maintenance, required periodic testing and inspections, and non-recurring on-demand repair services. Work must comply with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators (ASME A17 series), the Performance Work Statement, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
