Description
The University of California, Los Angeles, is soliciting sealed bids for a lump-sum subcontract covering the full design-build fire protection scope for Bid Package 22 of the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center fourth-floor patient care reconfiguration. The broader project will convert and expand patient-care areas, upgrade building infrastructure, and renovate approximately 67,400 gross square feet. The estimated construction cost for this bid package is $965,000. Only previously prequalified bidders will be considered responsive. Bidders must include the full scope without conditions, modifications, or exclusions. The successful bidder must hold an active California contractor's license and be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations; prevailing-wage and other public-works requirements apply.
