Description
The New York State Office of Mental Health is seeking a contractor to furnish and install one automated liquid soap dispensing system compatible with newly installed commercial dishwashing equipment in the Dietary Department kitchen at Bronx Psychiatric Center. The scope includes mounting hardware, tubing, electrical connections, chemical feed lines, pumps, brackets, sensors, controls, accessories, integration with dishwasher controls, testing, calibration, commissioning documentation, and onsite training for dietary personnel. The contractor must provide a two-year supply agreement for dishwashing detergents, rinse aids, sanitizers, descaling products, machine-cleaning chemicals, presoak chemicals, and other related chemical products and cleaning instruments. Supply responsibilities include maintaining uninterrupted availability, providing Safety Data Sheets, delivering products to designated locations, monitoring consumption, replenishing inventory, and providing emergency delivery capability. The bid quote sheet identifies a total contract amount of $8,500, including $8,500 for products and supplies and $0 for installation.
