Description
Housing Opportunities of Southwest Washington and the Joint Pacific County Housing Authority seek a qualified IT firm to provide full-service technology support across 13 administrative, program, and housing locations in Cowlitz and Pacific Counties. The scope includes help desk support; workstation, laptop, mobile-device, printer, server, database, network, firewall, router, Wi-Fi, phone, email, website, and remote-access administration; Microsoft account management; software, patch, configuration, and preventive maintenance; and installation of equipment and software. The contractor must perform an initial IT assessment, maintain network and system documentation, provide monitored daily, weekly, and monthly backups and restoration procedures, conduct security audits, support business continuity planning, and advise on system modernization and procurement. The contractor must also address data privacy, access controls, governance, retention, and risk mitigation for AI applications, with knowledge of NIST 800-171. Proposals are limited to 10 pages and must include the firm's approach, staffing and qualifications, relevant experience, service-level proposal, fee schedule or fixed-fee proposal, and at least three client references. The contract is for one year with up to four additional one-year options, not to exceed five years in aggregate.
