Description
UNDP Somalia is seeking a contractor to relocate office operations from the UNCC Garowe Compound to the WFP Compound in Garowe, Puntland State of Somalia. The scope includes dismantling approximately 30 furniture items and 15 workstations; supplying packing materials; packing and protecting ICT equipment, printers, computer screens, refrigerators, microwaves, VCT screens, water dispensers, furniture, fragile items, cables, fittings, and accessories; loading, land transportation, and unloading; unpacking and placement; reassembly and securing of workstations and furniture; and removal of packing waste. The quotation must include technical compliance information, delivery timing and a milestone-based delivery plan, acceptance of DAP delivery terms and the required transport method, a transport and packing plan, company information, registration documentation, recent and ongoing project lists, relevant experience, bank information, declarations, and a detailed financial offer. The quotation is submitted through the UNDP Quantum supplier portal, with attachments in PDF format unless otherwise instructed and clearly named in Latin characters.
