Description
The Government of Canada is seeking offers for services supporting Phase A of the Spatial Heterodyne Observations of Water (SHOW) instrument as part of the Canadian Space Agency's HAWCsat project. The opportunity concerns scientific or research satellite work and will be evaluated based on highest technical merit within a stipulated maximum budget. An optional Offeror's conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on September 8, 2026. The solicitation is open to competitive bidding, and late submissions will not be accepted.
