Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract for a one-time purchase and delivery of Government Marketing and Procurement, LLC BlackJack Cables for patient-care use. The requirement includes bedside cables, magnetic wall “brick” interfaces, wall adapters, conventional 37-pin connectivity, quoted cable configurations such as XFRbr, XMRbr, and MR4 Blue, and right-angle stainless-steel non-magnetic brackets for cable and hardware routing. The products must provide a specialized magnetic connection system designed to prevent accidental damage and disconnection of patient beds, and must meet the stated clinical, operational, and safety requirements. Interested parties must demonstrate authorized OEM capability to distribute, supply, install, and support the BlackJack Cables, including a current OEM authorization letter on manufacturer letterhead, and must provide a capability statement identifying proprietary data, business size classification, and U.S. or foreign ownership. This is a sole-source notice and not a request for competitive quotes; if no acceptable responses are received, the agency intends to award the contract to Government Marketing and Procurement, LLC.
