Jackson Municipal Airport Authority (JMAA) is issuing a Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/P) for the design, construction, and financing of a terminal renovation and enhancement project at Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport. The project involves comprehensive terminal improvements, and JMAA will select a Developer to enter into a Predevelopment Agreement. The successful respondent will be responsible for the full scope of design, construction, and financing. A non-mandatory pre-submission meeting and terminal facilities tour will be held on August 11, 2026. Responses are due by September 25, 2026.
