Description
The United States Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District requires design-bid-build construction services to renovate the Elkhorn, Riverside, and Pritchard irrigation pumping plants along the Garden Highway Levee in Sacramento. Work includes removing discharge piping that penetrates the levees; installing new piping over the levees to connect with existing landside irrigation canals; levee excavation, backfilling, and compaction; pavement restoration; and utility relocation, including conduit work. The requirement is unrestricted and will be competed through full and open competition under NAICS 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, with a stated SBA size standard of $45 million in annual revenue. The estimated target price range is $10 million to $15 million. The anticipated award is a firm-fixed-price contract, and CMMC Level 1 self-certification, SAM registration, and PIEE registration are required for prospective bidders.
