Description
Broward County Water Wastewater Services is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional design and engineering consulting services, including permitting and technical support during the development of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) by the Managing General Contractor (MGC) for construction of a new Regional Biosolids Drying Facility. The scope includes all activities necessary to deliver a complete Basis of Design Report (BODR), including preparation of technical and supporting reports as required. Services include evaluation of existing solids production and dewatered biosolids analysis, development of solids-loading projections and design criteria. The solicitation is subject to the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) and includes a County Business Enterprise (CBE) goal of 25%.
