Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Enterprise Dredging Center plans to award multiple consolidated hopper dredging contracts throughout the United States. The anticipated work includes dredging projects associated with maintenance dredging and related project groupings identified in Attachment 1. This notice is a Sources Sought/Request for Information and is not a solicitation or request for proposals. Interested firms must submit company and point-of-contact information, current SAM information, documentation showing ownership of capable dredging equipment with uniquely identified dredges, business size and socioeconomic classifications, bonding capability supported by a surety company letter showing single and aggregate capacity, and information about projects of interest. Firms must demonstrate comparable experience on at least two projects exceeding $10 million completed within the past seven years, including project descriptions, completion dates, contract values, roles, teaming information, and validation contacts. Responses must also address geographic and project-size capabilities, specialized experience, past performance, key personnel, bonding availability, similar projects, references, and contract amounts. Teaming information is limited to one page when applicable, and the overall narrative may not exceed 30 pages.
