Description
The U.S. Marine Corps requires comprehensive, non-personal preventive and corrective maintenance for integrated audio/visual and video teleconferencing systems in Building 1 at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. The scope covers 24 office spaces, four conference rooms, an administration office, the Commander's Conference Room/VTC Briefing Room, an Emergency Operations Center, and public, common, and designated exterior areas. Equipment includes displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, codecs, control systems, networked AV components, racks, power equipment, and related cabling. The contractor must provide trained technicians, tools, materials, transportation, hardware repair and replacement, software and firmware patch management, cybersecurity compliance, quarterly on-site preventive maintenance, 24/7 system monitoring and live technical support, emergency on-site response within 24 hours, repair or replacement within 48 hours, RMA and inventory management, end-user instruction, and technical training. The contract is firm-fixed-price with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. Quotes are evaluated on technical capability, price, past performance, and period of performance; the technical submission must demonstrate capability, provide pricing, include at least three relevant past-performance references or affirmatively state that none exist, address period-of-performance compliance, and include the specified representations and business information.
