Description
The Town of Lexington is seeking qualifications from conveying contractors for preconstruction and construction management services for a new Lexington High School building project. The scope of work includes the installation of three MRL traction elevators, each with four stops. Subsequent documents will be provided during the invitation to bid phase for prequalified subcontractors. All subcontractors must comply with MGL c. 149, 26-27H. Firms must have successfully completed projects of similar scope, complexity, schedule, and budget.
