Description
This is a firm-fixed-price contract for commercial construction services to remove and replace rubberized roof sealant on Building 3574 at Devens Reserve Forces Training Area (RFTA), Devens, MA. The scope of work includes complete removal of the existing failed under-eave rubberized sealant, preparation of the exposed surface to ensure it is dry, clean, and free of residues, and installation of new commercial-grade sealant over a designated 270 to 300 square foot under-eave perimeter. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment (including a scissor lift), tools, materials, supervision, and transportation. Within 10 business days of the Notice to Proceed, the contractor must submit a Rubberized Roof Sealant Replacement Plan, Warranty Management Plan, Manufacturer's Instructions, and Operations and Maintenance Data. A site visit is strongly encouraged, with scheduled dates on June 25 and June 26, 2026. Attendees must submit a Devens Visitors Pass request at least 48 hours in advance.
