Description
The Town of Raynham, Massachusetts is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to prequalify general contractors and subcontractors for its new public safety building project. The estimated cost for this project is $41 million. In addition to general contractors, the following sub-bid categories will be prequalified: Masonry, Misc. Metals, Waterproofing/Damproofing/Caulking, Roofing and Flashing, Metal Windows, Glass and Glazing, Tile, Acoustical Tile, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Elevators, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. All bidders must be DCAMM Certified. Submissions will only be accepted electronically through biddocs.com. All Statement of Qualifications are due by Thursday, July 2nd at 12:00 PM.
