Description
The City of Kalamazoo seeks replacement parking payment and access equipment for the Epic Center Garage and Kalamazoo Mall Garage. The scope includes pay-in-lane machines for entrance and exit lanes and pay-on-foot machines, with cash, card, and coin acceptance as specified; ADA compliance; online validation and voucher capabilities; installation, wiring, applicable software, user training, and annual software support through December 31, 2027. The solution must integrate with PCI Municipal Services software and existing garage camera hardware, support license plate recognition, and accommodate the City's parking programs and rate structures. Bidders must provide equipment and software specifications, identify the equipment and number of machines proposed, and may offer non-required hybrid gate and alternate license plate recognition options. Work must begin within 10 working days after notice to proceed and reach final completion by December 31, 2026.
