Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting Oracle Identity Governance Suite perpetual licensing and software update license and support, including an Identity Manager Connector for ServiceNow. The requirement supports the agency's Account Management and Provisioning System, automated account provisioning, identity lifecycle management, and anticipated growth from approximately 240,000 active users to millions of users across DLA applications and external users. Offerors must price every line item in the attached Bill of Materials, including the perpetual licenses and support CLINs for the base period and option periods. Award is contemplated on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis, with one firm-fixed-price award. The solicitation specifies Oracle brand-name software and support because of the existing architecture and proprietary updates, security patches, and Level 3 engineering support.
