Description
The City of Hastings Downtown Development Authority is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide professional snow removal and ice management services for sidewalks and pedestrian areas within the area designated in the RFP packet. Services must maintain safe, accessible, and well-maintained pedestrian routes throughout the winter season. The contract term is three years, beginning November 1, 2026, and ending April 1, 2029. The contract may be canceled if the successful contractor does not meet the specified snow removal and ice management requirements. Sealed proposals must be delivered to the City Clerk/Treasurer's office by the stated deadline and marked with the required package wording.
