Description
The Central County Transportation Authority is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive integrated fixed-route scheduling system to replace its existing solution. The system must support route and schedule planning, scenario development, automated blocking and run cutting, operator bidding, driver scheduling, dispatch, vehicle and crew assignments, absence and HR management, performance monitoring, reporting, NTD reporting, and static GTFS import and export. The solution may be SaaS or hosted and must include all required software, hardware, integrations, implementation, transition, testing, training, security, support, maintenance, and warranty services. Required integrations include GIS, payroll and time tracking, TrackIT, and Avail Technologies' CAD/AVL system. The vendor must provide project management, design and transition plans, onsite training, ongoing software maintenance and customer support, secure data handling within the United States, API and data access, and a minimum 99.9% uptime commitment. The contract term is five years, with possible mutual written extensions.
