Description
The City seeks a vendor to provide one complete, trailer-mounted, automated belt filter press system for seasonal dewatering of anaerobically digested sludge. The system must meet the stated feed and cake-solids performance requirements and include associated pumps, polymer equipment, conveyor, hoses, controls, and safety features. The rental period is anticipated to be three months, with possible month-to-month extensions at the City's discretion. The scope includes transportation, mobilization, setup, commissioning, laboratory bench testing, approximately two days of operator training, maintenance, technical support, spare parts, operating manuals, and equipment removal and site cleanup. Proposals must include the completed Proposal Response Form (Attachments A-1 and A-2), a W-9 dated within the past three months, a standard contract or rental agreement, and equipment specifications, age, dimensions, drawings, and photos. The cost proposal is evaluated as part of the selection criteria.
