Description
Butler County, Ohio, invites sealed bids under Contract No. 2026-16 for furnishing the labor, materials, and equipment required for the Yankee Road Improvement project. The contract involves construction, repair, or maintenance of public roads, and bidders must be pre-qualified with the Ohio Department of Transportation for the type of work being performed. Bids may be submitted on paper or electronically through BidVAULT. Each bid must include a guaranty payable to the Board of County Commissioners: either a bond for the full bid amount issued by an authorized Ohio surety, or a certified or cashier’s check equal to 10% of the bid. A paper bond must bear original signatures, while an electronic bond must be issued through Surety2000 or Tinubu.
