Description
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection is seeking a firm-fixed-price purchase order for 20 new, unused 2026 300cc two-stroke enduro motorcycles, specified as Husqvarna 300 TE or equivalent. Each motorcycle must meet detailed performance and equipment requirements, including electric and kick start, six-speed transmission, specified suspension and braking systems, minimum wheelbase and ground clearance, at least 8.0-liter fuel capacity, electronic fuel injection, and a 107-kilogram weight specification. The motorcycles must include installed skid plates, hour meters and odometers, and impact-resistant hand guards. The contractor must test and certify the equipment before delivery, provide operations manuals and equipment specifications, and deliver the motorcycles turnkey within 60 days of award. Quotations must include pricing and a sufficiently detailed technical response, along with a current authorized dealer, reseller, or distributor letter from the original equipment manufacturer confirming authorization to sell the quoted products.
