Description
The City of Poughkeepsie is soliciting a contractor to provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, installation materials, fasteners, sealants, hardware, adjustments, testing, and cleanup necessary for a complete storefront and door installation at Poughkeepsie City Court. The scope includes bronze-finish anodized aluminum frames with mid-rails, a bronze-finish pair of doors with continuous hinges, medium-stile bronze back-to-back wire pulls, bronze Global 4300 door closers, and 1/4-inch tempered safety glass. The assemblies must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's published requirements and accepted commercial practices, securely anchored and shimmed, aligned, and adjusted for proper swing, latching, clearances, hinge operation, door-closer operation, and operation of both door leaves. The bid package requires the specified bid forms, non-collusion affidavit, Iran Divestment Act certification, addenda acknowledgment, and one original plus one copy of the bid.
