Description
Little Rock School District is seeking companies to provide charter bus transportation for staff and students on an as-needed basis. The process pre-approves qualified companies; when transportation is needed, schools will request quotes from approved companies and select the company offering the best arrangements and price. Purchase orders are required before trips, and the District will not be liable for invoices unsupported by a purchase order. Responses must include a current insurance certificate, a motor carrier certificate for passengers covering Arkansas and, if applicable, interstate authority, a USDOT certificate, a UCR renewal, and a company profile describing the company’s history, qualifications, experience, capabilities, and years in business. Professional liability insurance of at least $500,000 is required, with the District named as certificate holder and additional insured. The solicitation is an RFI and does not state a fixed contract term.
