Description
The City of Olivette is seeking a vendor to provide numbered basketball jerseys and matching shorts for approximately 450–500 youth-size uniforms and 40–50 adult-size uniforms. Jerseys must use one color and include the Olivette name and basketball artwork, with numbering, artwork options, design and lettering placement services, screen setup, and potential sponsor-logo printing. Reorders must be available at the original order price. The solicitation also requests coach shirts, including approximately 50–60 adult-size and 10 XXL dry-fit polo-style shirts, plus an alternate price for cotton or cotton/polyester blend T-shirts. Coach shirts require specified front and back printing, lettering options, and a proof for approval. Proposals must include completed buyer-provided forms, a physical sample jersey or fabric swatch, bidder information and references, applicable federal work-authorization documentation, pricing, and delivery by December 17, 2026.
