Description
The Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission, in partnership with the City of South Burlington, seeks consultant qualifications for regional and municipal housing needs assessment and planning. The work includes assessing current and future housing needs across the county, developing regional and municipal housing profiles, and identifying gaps in housing availability, affordability, and types. It also includes communication materials for regional housing forecasts and targets and a housing action plan for South Burlington that may serve as a model for other municipalities. Respondents must email a Statement of Qualifications, a separate cost proposal, and a completed Contractor Financial Background Questionnaire as PDF attachments.
