Description
The City of Peoria is seeking up to four qualified contractors for an as-needed Job Order Contract covering civil and site work, roadway and pavement construction and maintenance, drainage, sidewalks, ADA improvements, curbs and gutters, trails, guardrails, street lighting, landscaping and irrigation restoration, and related public-right-of-way improvements. The scope may also include traffic signal systems, conduit, communications and fiber optic infrastructure, utility coordination, minor design and post-design services, preconstruction services, permitting, construction management, emergency work, and project closeout documentation. The contract will provide turnkey services through individually negotiated job orders, including scope, schedule, and price. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed, and no individual job order may exceed $3,000,000. The initial term is one year with up to four additional one-year renewals. Proposers must submit a qualifications-based Statement of Qualifications addressing management approach, estimating, construction management, technical capabilities, subcontractor management, scheduling, quality control, stakeholder coordination, cost control, experience, licenses, key personnel, and current JOC commitments. The submission must include a cover letter, a response to the evaluation criteria, Arizona contractor-license copies, a bonding-capacity statement, a safety and health plan outline, and specified litigation and termination disclosures.
