Description
The U.S. Marine Corps is seeking a turnkey audiovisual solution for the 2nd Marine Division Headquarters' Auditorium, Division Conference Room, and Executive Conference Room. The requirement includes commercial audiovisual equipment and hardware; secure SIPR/NIPR video teleconferencing capabilities; displays, projector and screen systems, speakers, digital media encoders and decoders, control processors, managed power-over-Ethernet distribution, touchscreens, and related mounting hardware. Equipment must be TAA compliant where specified. The contractor must provide on-site installation engineering, cabling, integration, programming, testing, documentation, and project management. Deliverables include a detailed Installation and Layout Plan and Acceptance Testing Plan submitted before the solicitation deadline, followed by an Installation and Verification Test Report after installation. The requirement also includes a three-year service agreement covering 24/7 helpdesk support, repairs or replacements, software and firmware updates, technician dispatch, and annual preventive maintenance. On-site installation personnel must possess active Secret clearances at award and maintain them throughout performance.
