Description
Gwinnett County is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified suppliers for original equipment manufacturer toner and inkjet cartridges for the Department of Financial Services. The bid schedule covers HP, Brother, Canon, Dell, Epson, and Lexmark cartridges and related maintenance items. Suppliers may bid only on brands and line items for which they are authorized, and partial awards by line item are permitted. Subcontractor or distributor authorization cannot satisfy the authorization requirement. The contract is an as-needed annual supply contract with four 12-month renewal options. One hard copy and one digital copy of the Excel bid schedule are required. The digital copy must be the Excel file only. The Code of Ethics Affidavit must be notarized, although DocuSign signatures are acceptable for other signatures. Bidders must acknowledge Addendum 3 on Page 14 of the bid document. Firms on Gwinnett County's ineligible source list, or that are debarred or suspended, may not submit bids.
