Description
Fleet Readiness Center East requires 45 initial-certification and recertification training classes covering First Aid and adult CPR/AED for personnel of the Defense Logistics Agency and Fleet Readiness Center East. The contractor must provide qualified instructors certified by the American Heart Association as Heartsaver instructors, instructor availability schedules, and all training materials. Training must address First Aid, CPR, and AED procedures and applicable safety requirements. Required deliverables include participant assessments, attendance rosters, student evaluations, and First Aid and CPR/AED certification cards. The solicitation states that the contract will be firm fixed price and will include a base period with four options; the statement of work separately describes a performance period from August 20, 2026, through August 19, 2031, while also stating that training will be provided for 10 to 12 months beginning on the date of award.
